Rates

The rates may be modified by WEB3WORLD LLC at any time. Any changes to the rates will be communicated to the Users in advance, through the website, email or any other means of communication deemed appropriate by WEB3WORLD LLC.

Forms of Payment.

13.1 WEB3WORLD LLC accepts the following forms of payment:

a) Credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

b) Electronic transfers: Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Wire Transfer.

13.2 In the event of any chargeback or refund of a payment made by a user, WEB3WORLD LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate the user’s access to the Site and/or any Services, and to pursue any legal action necessary to recover the full amount of the chargeback or refund.

13.3 In the event that any payment made by a user is declined or reversed, WEB3WORLD LLC may immediately suspend the user’s access to the Site and/or any Services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

13.4 WEB3WORLD LLC reserves the right to change the accepted forms of payment at any time, without notice to users.

RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, AND/OR CHANGES OF MEMBERSHIP

14.1 Renewal

The memberships offered by the Platform are subject to automatic renewal, unless the user cancels their subscription within the specific time frame indicated for each type of membership. The user must be aware of the specific conditions that apply to their membership in terms of renewal, and dlearn shall not be held responsible for any misunderstanding regarding these terms.

14.2 Cancellation

The user may cancel their membership at any time, but must do so according to the specific conditions that apply to their membership. To cancel their membership, the user must send a written request to dlearn at least 30 days before the renewal date. The user will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation and will no longer have access to the services and content provided by the Platform.

14.3 Changes of Membership

The user may change their membership level at any time, by upgrading or downgrading their membership according to the specific conditions that apply to each type of membership. To do so, the user must follow the instructions provided on the Platform and pay the corresponding fee, if applicable.

14.4 Refunds

No refunds shall be granted for membership fees paid, except in the case of a proven technical issue that makes the services of the Platform unavailable for a significant period of time. If such a case occurs, the user must notify dlearn immediately, and the company will investigate and determine if a refund is applicable. Any refund granted shall be in proportion to the time of inactivity of the services and content provided by the Platform.

14.5 Termination

dlearn reserves the right to terminate a user’s membership at any time and without prior notice if the user breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, or if dlearn considers the user’s behavior to be inappropriate or harmful to the Platform or to other users. In such cases, no refunds shall be granted for the remaining period of the membership.

Intellectual Property

15.1. Ownership of the Platform and its Contents

WEB3WORLD LLC owns the intellectual property rights over the Platform and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, structure, source code, texts, images, graphics, animations, software, databases, trademarks, logos, trade names, and any other elements that make up the Platform.
